He is currently a professor at FGV-EPGE. He holds a post-doctorate in Regulatory Law from FGV Direito Rio, a PhD in Political Science from the Institute of Social and Political Studies at UERJ (IESP/UERJ), a master's degree in Political Sociology from UENF - Darcy Ribeiro and a degree in Social Sciences from the same institution. He is interested in the areas of political behavior, parties and elections, and political theory.
