English From the 6th to the 9th of December, in Fortaleza (CE), the 44th Brazilian Meeting on Econometrics was held, promoted by the Brazilian Society of Econometrics (SBE).
The special award ceremony selected the following EPGE participants:
- The PhD by EPGE, Gustavo Araujo, awarded 1st place in the Finance category.
- Professor João Victor Issler and Doctor from EPGE, Fabio Araujo, awarded 2nd place in the Finance category.
The SBE Prize has been awarded, since 2012, to the best articles in the five areas of Economics (Finance, Econometrics, Applied Macroeconomics, Applied Microeconomics and Economic Theory) submitted to the Brazilian Meeting of Econometrics.
The Prize aims to recognize particularly relevant academic articles written by Brazilian and foreign researchers participating in the Meeting.
