Former FGV student receives honorable mention at the 19th National Treasury Award

Former student of the MA in Economics of FGV's Brazilian School of Economics and Finance (FGV EPGE), Gustavo Moreira de Souza, received an honorable mention at the 19th National Treasury Award 2014.

The economist presented the work "Design Ótimo e Aspectos Políticos do Programa Bolsa Família: um modelo com mercados incompletos calibrado para o Brasil" (Great Design and Political Aspects of the Bolsa Família Program: a model with incomplete markets calibrated for Brazil), on economics and the public sector. Conceived by the National Treasury (STN) of the School of Finance Administration (ESAF), the award seeks to stimulate research in Public Finance, recognizing works of technical quality and their applicability in Public Administration.
