With this result, EPGE obtains first place in 4 of the 6 evaluations already carried out by the MEC.
EPGE won 1st place nationally in ENADE for Economics, which it did for the 4th time in the 6 assessments carried out by the MEC to date. Furthermore, it was also the only school to obtain the maximum continuous grade of 5 (five) among 229 Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) that teach the Economics course in Brazil.
In historical terms, in the six ENADE assessments already carried out by the MEC since 2006 (2006, 2009, 2012, 2015, 2018 and 2022), EPGE obtained first place nationally in 2006, 2015, 2018 and 2022. In other words, in addition to being the economics HEI with the highest number of times in first place, it was also first in all three of the last evaluations.
This is an achievement for everyone and for all EPGE students. It was obtained by undergraduate students, but it represents a recognition that also extends to Academic Master's, Academic Doctorate and Professional Master's students. It also establishes a level of excellence for the “EPGE in Executive Education” Program, consisting of extension and lato sensu postgraduate courses developed by the School.
To celebrate this achievement, EPGE will hold a tribute to the students on November 24th. This event will provide an opportunity not only to recognize the effort and dedication of students, but also to strengthen ties between members of the institution who contributed to this success.
We especially congratulate those students, who took the last National Student Performance Exam (ENADE), in its most recent version, in 2022, and brought this important distinction to themselves and to the School.
