Undergraduate Exchange Programs
The student should seek the International Relations office on the 11th floor for filling and submitting forms for the exchange program, along with other requirements. After documents are filed, with coordination's approval, in a maximum of 120 days before the exchange program, the student is nominated for the chosen institution.
Prerequisites:
Students who can apply:
a) Regularly enrolled during the school year of the application;
b) Who have attended at least three semesters in the Undergraduate Program. For the transfer students, it is required that from the three semesters that have been attended, at least two were in the FGV's Undegraduate program;
c) GPA equal or greater than 7.0;
d) Show language proficiency in the language of the subjects to be coursed (see case by case).
The student participation in the Exchange program of the School depends on the approval in the selection process, which will follow the steps outlined below. The request will be reviewed by a Selection Committee.
Stages of the selection process and documentation required:
1) Handing in complete documentation at the International Relations office, with special attention to application deadline:
- Application form filled and signed;
- 1 recent 3x4 photo;
- Study Plan corresponding to the disciplines to be coursed, with a copy of their respective syllabuses;
- Academic Transcript; and
-Authorization of the person financially responsible (if you have doubts about this authorization, please contact the International Office).*
*OBS: CDMC students must also send (by email) the Center's approval for the exchange program application.
Final acceptance is given by the host institution. The courses taken will be considered as electives and the request for subjects equivalence should be sent by the student to the Office of the Records.
Graduate Exchange Programs
Professional Masters
Due to the different rules and restrictions of some agreements, Professional Masters students should contact the International Relations office to check the process of each university for the exchange.
Doctorate
At the graduate level, it is possible for our Doctorate students to make an exchange program in a "Sandwich Doctorate Grant".
To evaluate the best time and institution in accordance with the developing research, EPGE students should contact directly their academic advisor.
